Payment Plans Policy – Available with 20% down payment (non-refundable) with a term of 6 weeks from order date to have paid. All payment plans are subject to shipping charges. Items shipped only after invoice is paid in full. Payment Plans ship once per week, so you may experience a small delay in shipping. Any additional items you would like to add after initial payment plan is established will still be subject to 20% down payment (non-refundable). You will not be allowed to claim additional items until your deposit is made. Payment Plan Limit is set to $1,000, unless otherwise negotiated. Your total balance is due within 6 weeks of the initial invoice date, at which time we can cancel invoice and return items to inventory if we so choose. By making payment of deposit, you acknowledge these terms. Please communicate with us if you would like this option.

Return Policy – Qualifying Returns are permitted within 24 hours of delivery. Your item will only qualify for return if the item does not match what you order, or if the item arrives damaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please message us on Facebook, TikTok, or email ofjgroup@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
